Life moves fast.

Between work, responsibilities, family life, and endless to-do lists, many couples find themselves sharing a life together while slowly losing touch with the intimacy, playfulness, and presence that once came naturally.

This weekend is an invitation to pause. To step out of routine, slow down, and create space for genuine connection — with yourself, your body, and your partner.

Whether you are longing for more closeness, wishing to deepen your intimacy, or simply wanting dedicated time together, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing environment to explore new ways of relating, touching, communicating, and being together.

  • Long for deeper emotional and physical connection
  • Feel disconnected from your body or each other
  • Are curious to explore intimacy beyond routine and expectations
  • Want more presence, pleasure, and authenticity in your relationship
  • Wish to improve communication and understanding
  • Are open-minded and willing to discover new possibilities together

The gap between you
has been quietly growing

Daily life leaves little time for genuine connection
Intimacy feels repetitive or has become less fulfilling
Stress makes it difficult to truly relax and receive
Communication happens through reactions rather than conscious responses
Touch has become habitual, predictable, or less frequent
Shame, self-consciousness, or performance pressure affect your intimacy
You miss sensuality, playfulness, or the feeling of being truly seen
You would like to explore something new — but don't know where to start

What you will experience together

Throughout the weekend, you will be guided through a series of experiential practices designed to cultivate trust, awareness, connection, and embodied presence. This is not a lecture — it is a living experience, explored at your own pace, as a couple.

Foundations of consent & conscious choice
The art of giving and receiving
Conscious and intentional touch
Holding space for yourself and your partner
Receiver-focused communication
Grounding & nervous system regulation
Slowing down and honouring your natural rhythm
Welcoming and processing emotions
Clear verbal and non-verbal communication
Different intentions and qualities of touch

All exercises are invitations, never obligations. You remain free to choose your own boundaries and pace at every moment.

You leave feeling different

  • 01A renewed sense of connection and intimacy
  • 02Greater confidence in giving and receiving touch
  • 03Practical tools for conscious communication
  • 04More trust, softness, and emotional safety within your relationship
  • 05Fresh inspiration for intimacy and exploration
  • 06A deeper connection to your own body and desires
  • 07Shared experiences that can open a new chapter together

You will gift yourselves something that is often missing in modern life.

Time. Presence. And the opportunity to truly meet each other again.

Led by Stella & Cloé

Stella Witry

Stella Witry

Somatic Practitioner · Embodiment Coach

Stella is a somatic practitioner and embodiment coach based in Luxembourg, with a strong foundation in Sexological Bodywork and trauma-informed coaching. Trained since 2008 across a range of somatic modalities — including work with Mark Walsh and The Embodiment Institute — she brings a deeply relational, non-prescriptive approach to her practice. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: the body, when listened to carefully, already holds the wisdom of what needs to be felt. She creates grounded, compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with themselves — not to fix what is wrong, but to remember what is already whole. Stella works in English, French, German, and Luxembourgish, and welcomes people of all identities and backgrounds.

Cloé

Cloé

Somatic Intimacy Practitioner · Embodied Sexuality Expert

Cloé is a somatic intimacy practitioner, embodied sexuality expert, and therapeutic tantric masseuse with a background in anthropology and seven years of deep immersion in the fields of sexuality and intimacy. Her approach is grounded, direct, and free of spiritual pretence — guided by the conviction that pleasure is not a destination but a doorway. A feral, chaotic, funny and swearing entrepreneur, she brings curiosity, humor, and a healthy irreverence to work that is often taken too seriously. She deeply believes that safety in the body, consent in relationships, and pleasure — unapologetically — are the roots of a better world.

Before you register

Do we need any experience with tantra or massage?
None at all. This weekend is designed for curious couples, wherever you are in your journey. The practices are accessible and always guided.
Is nudity part of the workshop?
Nudity is never mandatory during this workshop. You may be invited to explore it — and it always remains entirely your choice. Please be aware that other participants might choose to be undressed. This will be explained clearly before any practice.
Is sexuality part of the workshop?
Sexual activity is not part of this workshop and is not permitted during the weekend. What we do explore, however, is sensuality, pleasure, and conscious touch — and pleasure, while never a goal in itself, is entirely welcome when it arises. If the distinction between the two feels unclear, this workshop might be exactly the right place to explore that question.
What is included in the price?
Vegetarian lunch on both days, snacks and refreshments throughout, all workshop materials, and full equipment — mattresses, bed sheets, and massage oil. Accommodation and travel are not included.
What kind of couples can attend?
All couple constellations are welcome — regardless of gender, orientation, or relationship structure. Friends who wish to explore this work together are also warmly welcome. The practices are fully adaptable to who you are and how you relate.
How many couples will be in the group?
We keep the group intentionally small — a maximum of 10 couples — to ensure everyone has real space, genuine safety, and personal attention throughout the weekend.
In which language is the workshop held?
The workshop can be held in French, English, German, or Luxembourgish — or a blend of languages depending on the needs of the group. Language should never be a barrier to participation. Let us know your preference when registering.
What if something intense comes up for me during the weekend?
This is not a therapy space — but we know from experience how much can surface in an environment of genuine presence and safety. Both Cloé and Stella are trauma-informed practitioners with the training and experience to accompany you with care if something unexpected arises. You will never be left alone with a difficult moment.
